This system has quick 1-time
adjustments, no adjustment to the seat system, and no issues with getting in and out of
the car.
The Hutchens Device now has an optional helmet hook with two hooks on either side of the
helmet. This harnesses better controls the head throughout the event.
The Hutchens Device relies on the lap belt buckle as an "anchor" for the system.
-Simple strap device that transfers head and neck loads down the back to the seat belt
buckle.

D-Cel Harness
Reduces neck tension by 45 - 70 %

Quick 1 time adjustment, no adjustment to the seat system needed, and there are no issues
with getting in and out of the car.
A "D cell harness" wraps around the occupant and relies on the pelvis to anchor
the system...
This harness does not hook into the lap belt.
The D Cell harness is good for all types of racing, but especially go-karts, or endurance
racing because of Driver changes... and in Sprint cars because of the extra arm restraints
used.
-As with all Safety Solutions
Restraints the D-Cel rides with the occupant to keep the relation of the upper torso to
the head and neck consistent regardless of the type of seat belt or seat in the car.
-Transfers load to the drivers pelvis upon impact
-The D-Cel attaches to the driver, not the car
-New 3 bar adjusters for helmet tethers insure snug adjustments and eliminate potential
slipping of tethers
-Double Helmet hooks made from aircraft cables and 100% proof loaded help control head
motion through an impact.
