The Boston Louie Seymour Memorial
Classic is the premier midget event in the Northeast. The event honors the memory of
Bob's father, Louis Seymour.
Louie was well known in open wheel circuits having
owned a variety of sprint, silver crown and midget cars over the years. He towed his
cars from Marlboro, Massachusetts to the Midwest every weekend - thus his nickname
Boston. Open Wheel magazine referred to Boston as the man who towed a million miles.
