The Boston Louie Seymour Memorial Classic is the premier midget event in the Northeast.  The event honors the memory of Bob's father, Louis Seymour.

Louie was well known in open wheel circuits having owned a variety of sprint, silver crown and midget cars over the years.  He towed his cars from Marlboro, Massachusetts to the Midwest every weekend - thus his nickname Boston.  Open Wheel magazine referred to Boston as the man who towed a million miles.

The 2003 event will be held on Saturday, August 2nd on the 1/3 mile, paved oval at the Waterford Speedbowl in Waterford, Connecticut.  The event is sanctioned by the Northeastern Midget Association (NEMA).
